About us

The site is operated by Innovateium (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in Botswana with offices in Gaborone. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that company. Questions about these terms go to info@innovateium.co.bw.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for genuine enquiries about our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, disrupt its operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, submit malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Enquiries, briefs and quotes

The project brief and contact forms are a way for you to give us the information we need to price your work. Completing a form does not create a contract between us and does not oblige either side to proceed.

A quote we send in response is an estimate based on what you told us, valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise, and subject to a scoping conversation. If the requirements turn out to differ from the brief, the price and timeline change with them. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement takes precedence over these terms for anything it covers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you have the authority to share it with us.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you send us. You grant us permission to use it internally for the purpose of assessing your enquiry, preparing a quote and, if we proceed, delivering the work. We treat commercially sensitive information in a brief as confidential and handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

Our content

The design, text, graphics, code, logos and case studies on this site belong to Innovateium or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Client names, logos and project details appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Accuracy of information

The content on this site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific situation. Rely on it at your own discretion.
